GXTS40 is a fully digital temperature sensor developed by Galaxy-CAS. It features configurable I²C addresses with multiple preset options and supports ultra-low power configurations.

The GXTS40 comes in a 4-pin DFN4 package, which is cost-optimized and compatible with standard SMT assembly processes.
