Overview of 3 Chips
GXTR3012 is a high-precision, low-power digital temperature sensor compatible with SMBus and I2C interfaces. In addition to the local temperature where the chip is located, it can simultaneously monitor the remote temperature of the area where one remote temperature probe is located. GXTR3012 has functions such as series resistance elimination, programmable η factor correction, β value detection and automatic compensation, and programmable temperature threshold, providing a high-precision, low-power and reliable temperature monitoring solution.
GXTR3012 is particularly suitable for temperature measurement using remote transistors (NPN/PNP Type) integrated into servers and processors under advanced manufacturing processes. GXTR3012 supports automatic compensation for PNP with 0.09<β<21.36 and transistor connections to achieve high-precision temperature measurement. The typical temperature measurement accuracy of both the local and remote channels of GXTR3012 is ± 0.5 ℃, and both provide a temperature measurement resolution of 0.0625 ℃ and a temperature measurement range of -55 ℃ to+150 ℃. The power supply voltage range of GXTR3012 is 2.7V~5.5V, and it provides a 3.0mm × 3.0mm 8-pin MSOP and a 2.0mm × 3.0mm 8-pin DFN package for integration into various systems.
